Balancing Valve Working Principle

Balance valve is a dynamic and static balancing valve under hydraulic conditions. Balance valves can be divided into three types: static balancing valves, dynamic balancing valves and pressure-independent balancing valves. So what is the balancing valve working principle?

Balance valve is a kind of regulating valve with special function of digital locking. It adopts direct current valve body structure, has better equal percentage flow characteristics, can reasonably distribute flow and effectively solve the problem of room temperature uneven cooling and heating in heating and air conditioning system. At the same time, the pressure drop and flow rate can be accurately adjusted to improve the liquid flow state in the pipeline network system, so as to achieve the goal of liquid balance and resource saving in the pipeline network.

The valve is equipped with an opening indication, an opening locking device and a pressure measuring valve for flow measurement. As long as the balance valves with appropriate specifications are installed in each branch and user's entrance and locked after one-time debugging with special intelligent instruments, the total water volume of the system can be controlled within a reasonable range, thus overcoming the unreasonable phenomenon of "large flow, small temperature difference".

Balance valves can be installed on water supply pipes or water return pipes. Generally, they should be installed on water return pipes, especially in high temperature loops. In order to facilitate debugging, it is more important to install on the water return pipe. The water supply and return pipe with the balance valve does not need to install a stop valve.
