The Specific Reasons and Solutions for the Excessive Noise of the Solenoid Valve

Ⅰ. How to diagnose the problem when there is noise in the solenoid valve:

Common faults of solenoid valve products such as abnormal working state, failure to start or stop normally, and leakage of solenoid valve. There is also the problem of excessive noise of the solenoid valve.

The reason for the noise of the solenoid valve may be related to the damage of the mechanical parts of the solenoid valve itself, or it may be related to the working environment of the solenoid valve.

Ⅱ. The specific reasons and solutions for the noise generated by the solenoid valve are as follows:

1. The actual working environment conditions of solenoid valve products are not within the working range of solenoid valve products

For example, the ambient temperature, medium temperature and properties, environment and working pressure, etc., the solenoid valve that is not within the working range will be very unstable when working, which is likely to cause accelerated wear and damage of components, as well as excessive noise. The solution is to replace the solenoid valve product suitable for the environmental conditions.

2. Damage to solenoid valve components, such as springs

After long-term use of solenoid valve products, the parts will also have normal wear or damage, which will cause the solenoid valve to work unstable and generate noise. The solution is to repair or replace the damaged parts of the solenoid valve.

3. The voltage is too low

Too low voltage causes the solenoid control valve to work abnormally and generate noise, so just adjust the voltage.

4. The system pressure is too high

Excessive system pressure is not within the operating range of the solenoid valve. It will cause unstable operation of the solenoid valve and the occurrence of noise.

5. There are external impurities in the system control, and there are external impurities on the valve core or on the surface of the plunger nut

The entry of external impurities will cause unstable operation of the solenoid valve, affect the normal operation of the solenoid valve, and cause noise in the operation of the solenoid valve. The solution is to check and clean the impurities of the solenoid valve.

6. Lack of lubrication

Long-term use of solenoid valve products results in lack of lubrication between solenoid valve parts, and physical friction causes excessive noise of the solenoid valve. The solution is to add lubrication to the shaft and other components of the solenoid valve.

7. The solenoid valve parts are loose

Loose parts will cause the solenoid valve structure to be unstable, so the solenoid valve will vibrate during operation. The greater the vibration amplitude, the greater the noise. The solution is to stop the work of the solenoid valve, check and tighten the loose parts of the solenoid valve.
